Death Isn’t Always Exciting

Before experiencing a Past Life Regression for themselves, many of my clients have the expectation that their deaths will be like a movie: exciting, a betrayal, or maybe even gruesome or cruel. What I’ve found is that, although those deaths do occur, most of the time we die in our beds surrounded by those we love. In my opinion, this is a much more healthy way for our souls to move on.

Sometimes we carry-over beliefs and experiences from our past lives . When on our deathbed, those ideas can solidify into our soul. Thoughts like, “I’ll never be without food ever again” or “If I only was rich, this wouldn’t have happened” or “I hate those (insert cultural group here) people!” These extreme beliefs are part of what we try to find during our work together at Wisdom From Within. We want to find those past experiences that are holding back your soul development in this life, then release those ideas since they’re not needed and not healthy in this life. It’s amazing to me how much growth and healing someone can experience from simply the “knowing” that it happened in the past.

One of my clients, in a past life, lived a solitary existence in the Arctic wilderness. He enjoyed being connected with nature, waking up in the morning, drinking his coffee, and looking across the lake and the woods. It spiritually refilled his energy for living. The trade-off for this life was isolation from his wife and children. They grew up and moved away to the city, and he was left with an aching to be with them. It wasn’t until his unexciting passing (in a hospital bed holding the hand of his daughter), that he realized how much he had given up by living his isolated life. That learning carried over into the client’s current life. After his regression, he recognized the balance required between self-care through experiencing quiet nature, and the growth which is necessary through family experiences.

I wish for you to experience the growth that can come from learning what drives your beliefs. Seek out your past, release the unnecessary beliefs, and improve your future.
